Safe Mode in android phones helps you load your phone with the basic android files.  That means the phone will be running on without any applications or files added by the user or the mobile manufacturer.

When a phone works on Safe Mode that helps the user to identify, if there is any issues with any files or apps installed in phone.

There are basically 2 methods to load Safe Mode on an android phone.

Method 01: Switch On and Boot to 'Safe Mode'

On this method the phone will be already on a switched off state and it can be loaded on Safe Mode while switching On. Let's see How is it possible.

Step 01:
Make sure the mobile is switched off. If it is On, switch it off completely before starting the process.

Step 02:
Press and Hold the Power button of your phone as how you switch on your phone.

Step 03:
Immediately after pressing the button, press and hold the Volume Up and Down.

Step 04:
Don't take hands from both power button and volume buttons, keep holding them together.

Step 05:
Keep holding both the keys until the phone gets switched on.

Step 06:
If the Safe Mode switching On is success, you could see 'Safe Mode' written on the bottom left corner of the display. If the Safe Mode text is not come on the display, that means the process was unsuccessful. In this case switch off your phone again and switch it on by following the same steps.

This is how 'Safe Mode' text will be shown on the bottom right corner of the display

Method Two: Go to 'Safe Mode' from already On state

Using this method, a user can take an android phone to Safe Mode when the phone is switched on. But this method seems to be working only with higher versions of android OS, that means this option usually doesn't work with phones with android version 2 and 3.

Step: 01
Press and Hold the Power Button of the phone, Then you will receive a new window as you can see on the below image.

Step 02:
Press and hold on the 'Power Off' option from the newly appeared window.

Step 03:
Now you will get a new window as you can see in the below Image. This new window clearly asks that 'Do you want to reboot in to Safe Mode?'

Step 04:
Press OK option from the new window and then you will be taken to Safe Mode from their.

These are the Two methods to go to Safe Mode from your Android Phone.
